Admitted to the bar of the State of New York in 1984, Jo A. Fabrizio, Esq. has
practiced law as a sole practitioner since 1985. Her law practice has brought her
into contact with Family law, Business law, Contract law, Government contracts
and various other areas of law.
In addition, Ms. Fabrizio has taught Business Law for Broome Community
College and Elmira Business Institute as well as business start up
courses through the BCC Center for Community Education/ExCel.This has brought
her into contact with many current and potential business owners -including
drug testing. Ms Fabrizio is also a frequent presenter for business and women's
groups speaking on business issues and negotiation skills.
A 1982 graduate of the Albany Law School, Ms. Fabrizio is a member of the Broome
County Bar Association, the Women's Bar Association of New York and Business and
Professional Women/NY. Ms. Fabrizio has served on several boards of
directors, including Crime Victims Assistance and served as Vice President for
the Broome County Mental Health Association for 2 years.

As a result of his family pest control business being victimized by
crime, Mr. Bonventre worked with Federal, State and County law enforcement agencies
in Florida as a volunteer, citizen
confidential undercover operative in organized crime
and narcotics.
1986 - 1991 OWNER/OPERATOR BONVENTRE'S PEST CONTROL
Recovered, owned, operated and managed full service pest control
business.
1991 - present RISK MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT
Consulted businesses, landlords and commercial property
owners in risk management, identifying and exposing drug
use, employee theft and illegal activities in the workplace.
