F.Y.I. The Consultant and Mission Statement
The mission of the RDTS FAMILY & YOUTH INITIATIVE is to provide proven time-tested
solutions by offering education, guidance, uncensored consulting and real solutions for
communities, businesses, families and youths dealing with peer pressure, alcohol,
drugs and gang related issues. RDTS Family and Youth drug and alcohol consulting goes
places traditional rehabilitation counseling tends to avoid. Consultant Michael A. Bonventre
delivers uncensored street smart straight talk consulting based on his 28 year career as
a citizen crime fighter working with Federal, State and County law enforcement agencies throughout the nation. In
addition to working three years as an undercover organized crime drug dealer overseeing more than $100,000.00
(one hundred million dollars) in drug traffic sales, Mr. Bonventre is a father of a recovered substance
abuser and a grandfather of three boys facing todays peer pressure. Failure is simply not an option for
the Family and Youth Initiative and Mr. Bonventre.
Since its inception, RDTS has been committed to educating
people and businesses
about the effects of drug users, drug dealers and drug gangs. Through training and
consulting, RDTS professionals have brought awareness to drug test collectors,
business owners, human resource professionals, parents and concerned individuals.
Although proud of its efforts, RDTS knows there is always more that can be done.
RDTS FAMILY & YOUTH INITIATIVE offers education support
and solutions to empower
neighborhood groups, parents and youths who are ready to "FIGHT BACK" and create
solutions to these issues.
